Glazed Confetti Donuts

Ingredients

For Donut:

100g of dry BakeWell’s Donut mix

210ml water

7g yeast

30ml vegetable oil

 

For glaze:

1 cup BakeWell’s Powdered Sugar

2 tbsp milk

BakeWell’s Sprinkles

Instruction

Donut: Beat the Donut mix with all the ingredients for 10 mins.

Leave the dough covered to ferment for 45min.

Roll out the 5mm thickness and cut into circles and leave the circles to rise for 1 hour

Fry the donuts at 190*c for around 45 seconds each side

Glaze: add the sugar to a bowl and stir in milk to make a smooth, pourable glaze. Dip each donut in the glaze and top with sprinkles. Allow glaze to set for 30 minutes before serving.
