Red Velvet Frosted Cake

Ingredients

For red velvet Cake

100g of dry BakeWell’s Red velvet cake mix

110ml water

5 eggs (250g)

110ml vegetable oil

 

For Cream Cheese Icing

170g cream cheese

2 tbsp butter

260g BakeWell’s Powdered Sugar

Instruction

Cake: Beat cake mix with all the ingredients for 5 to 7 mins at medium speed.

add the mixture to a well-Greased 26cm round pan

Bake in oven at 180*c temperature for 25 to 30 mins

Cake is ready when inserted toothpick comes out clean, turn off heat and let it cool down

 

Icing: beat the cream cheese and butter at low speed, gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until the icing is smooth and creamy.
